Chellenges Overcome

The contract had a very tight programme to enable the unit to open and meet the pre-set operational dates. Due to additional works and delays in statutory services, the works were delayed giving the client problems meeting with prearranged dates. Additional works were incorporated into the construction programme and we mitigated their affect on project completion by increasing workforce on site, out of hours working and resequencing of operations. The Campus was live during these extensive refurbishments works, students and staff were in close proximity to the works site.
