Beaufort House – Fit-Out for Clinical Use

Project Description

Strip-out and clearance of existing ground floor office accommodation; introduction of new internal metal studwork partitions, lay-in grid suspended ceilings, plywood and sheet vinyl flooring, all to afford 5No new Clinical Consulting Rooms, Group Room, Waiting Area and Disabled WC. Introduction of all associated new electrical, HVAC, Nurse Call/Panic Alarm, CCTV services, fire doors, ironmongery, medical cabinetry, sanitaryware fixtures, fittings, window film and blinds, signage, decorations etc Alteration to main reception desk to accommodate additional receptionist.

Challenges Overcome

All noisy operations (initial demolition strip-out, drill fixings to structural ceiling, alterations to existing mechanical and electrical services actioned out-of-hours, early mornings and weekends.
