Project Description

Phased strip-out and partial demolition of existing ground floor office and clinical accommodation; introduction of new internal metal studwork partitions, lay-in grid suspended ceilings, sheet vinyl flooring, all to afford 8No new MSK Consulting Area/rooms, upgraded Disabled WC’s, new Staffroom and Equipment Storeroom. Introduction of all associated new electrical, HVAC, Nurse Call/Panic Alarm, fire doors, ironmongery, medical cabinetry, sanitaryware fixtures, fittings, window film and blinds, signage, decorations etc. External redecorations. Extension to Car Park to afford additional Staff/Visitor parking facilities.
