New fit-out throughout, inclusive of bathrooms, kitchens, floor coverings, feature balustrading. Industrial design features such as brick slip, exposed timber beams & exposed columns to GF.

Challenges Overcome

Site deliveries & clearances down a narrow cul-de-sac with adjacent schools.

Management & liaisons with music school, adjusting noisy works around some exams.
