We have a wealth of experience working within sensitive environments with tight programme schedules. This is proven through our 45 permanently employed site workforce of which 70% have been with GD for nearly 30 years.
We have built a reputation for providing the highest quality community facilities and sports centres. GD have recently completed works for the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament) and the City of Westminster Leisure Department.

Major Works
At GD Construction we recognise the need to be flexible and undertake various forms of construction. We specialise in refurbishments with typical projects ranging from £300k to £7.5m.
FRAMEWORK
Framework
GD Construction have entered into several Framework agreements with clients where we undertake building works and provide a range of services from ad hoc minor maintenance to new works where each item of work is carried out as a one-off operation.
At GD we have an established Framework Management Team (FMT) who have the flexibility to manage schemes of any size and at any location within Framework parameters. The team is customer-facing and is enabled to integrate in team working and participate in early contractor involvement to facilitate close working partnerships with clients. The Framework Management Team have proven competency and a record of successful delivery that provides a consistent approach to all projects and ensuring that lessons learned from one site are shared with another underpinning our continuous improvement culture.
REBURBISHMENT & RESTORATION

GD Construction have successfully completed numerous refurbishment contracts and have gained an extensive knowledge of refurbishment works and we believe that careful programming, effect communication and cost management with our clients are the key to achieving a successful project.

GD Construction Small Works enjoys an enviable reputation for consistently high standards of workmanship, flexibility and approachability. We are able to provide a variety of small works services covering alterations, refurbishment, extensions, new build, services upgrades, external works. We work closely with our clients to deliver services that take account of their variable needs and requirements in mainly occupied premises, including hospital buildings, schools and universities, civic buildings, public buildings, care homes, social housing and commercial establishments. Every job recieves the same attention to detail as our major works, our approach is open and honest effective communications to deliver your work right first time.
