Project Description

GD Construction were tasked with stripping out an array of existing office spaces and the existing audiology suite. To re-construct the area to form a new layout and to complete a full refurbishment of the space. Services provided by GD Construction:

New 600x600 grid ceilings
New lighting
New power and data
New electrical distribution
New vinyl floorings
New decorations

New fire rated doorsets and ironmongry
New partitions
New air conditioning
New ventilation
New IPS units
Fire stopping
Specialist services re-installation
FFE

Challenges Overcome

Working within a live NHS centre with council patients and staff operating the wider area.
Due to the above, noise restraints were considered.
Deliveries and logistics were compromised due to the routes through the Live demise.
