Delivered & co-ordinated finishes to an exceptionally high standard for flats to achieve above market rental value.
Refurbishing a building while it’s occupied can sometimes be more time-consuming and costly than working on an empty space due to the need for phasing, extra safety measures, and potential delays caused by coordinating with occupants. Our diligent project management and contingency planning helped control costs and minimise delays. Refurbishing the building while it’s still occupied presents several unique challenges that require careful planning, communication, and execution to minimise disruption and ensure safety and comfort for the occupants.
Disruption to Occupants: When our construction activities such as noise, dust, and vibrations could disrupt the daily routines of occupants we set about minimising these disruptions through scheduling work in phases when occupants were off site. Our effective communication channels were opened at the beginning of the project and kept consistent throughout addressing all concerns promptly and efficiently which helped maintain the occupants trust and cooperation.
