Re-fit and refurbishment of the Ground Floor Annexe to enable the decant of the Whittington Dental Offices/Stores from Hunter Street Health Centre, comprising new electrical services and LED light fittings, new HVAC, new Staffroom kitchen units, replacement door ironmongery, sanitaryware fixtures, fittings, complete internal redecorations, vinyl flooring etc.
